Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Burandt (ranked 3362 p4p, 339 weight class) and Levar Draco (ranked 3997 p4p, 380 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Stefan Burandt has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Stefan Burandt seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Chad Campbell and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draco turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Draco throws a nice inside leg kick.
Burandt throws a half hearted mid kick.
Draco pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Draco connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Draco misses with a jab, cross combination.
Burandt wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Draco darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Draco keeps Burandt at a distance using the push kick.
Draco listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Draco, as that shot connected.
Draco connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Burandt shoots in but no luck this time.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good leg kick by Draco there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Draco thuds his right hand into Burandt's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Draco has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Levar Draco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Draco feints a jab promting Burandt to slip. Draco then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Burandt slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Draco takes a swing at Burandt's ribcage but misses.

Draco lands a head kick. Burandt smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Draco pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Burandt back to the cage. Draco follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Draco scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Burandt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

The crowd cheers as Draco lands an impressive looking overhand right. Burandt doesn't seem phased though.

Draco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burandt moves away.
Draco is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Burandt had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Draco feints and then cracks Burandt's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Burandt down.

Draco stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burandt swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Draco throws an elbow that misses. Burandt uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Draco's guard. Nice move by Burandt!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Draco is on top in guard.

Levar Draco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Burandt shoots in but no luck this time.

The fighters circle momentarily. Draco darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Draco ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Burandt takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
