Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, George Kelley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Garling! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garling ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kelley moves away. Kelley gets tackled into the cage by Garling. Garling maintains the clinch. Garling wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kelley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kelley gets control of Garling's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kelley will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Kelley has Garling pulled in close to control his posture. Kelley looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Garling must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garling wants to stand and escape but instead Kelley has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Garling tries to strike from the bottom.

He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kelley slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Kelley cracks Garling with a solid left hand. Garling is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kelley landing with the ground and pound. Kelley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kelley is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kelley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Garling for as long as he can get away with. Kelley scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Garling wants to get back to his feet but Kelley passes into half guard.

Garling is trying to stand up here but Kelley is controlling him well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kelley lands strikes from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kelley seems to be looking for submissions.

It looks like George Kelley has been cut. Garling closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kelley did well to prevent Garling getting side control. Kelley makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
That's four minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Garling ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kelley moves away. Garling cracks Kelley with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Garling closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Kelley prevents Garling from breaking the clinch. Kelley prevents Garling from breaking the clinch. Kelley keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Garling's efforts to push away. Kelley is trying to pull guard but Garling has him pressed against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Kelley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

George Kelley dominated that round. The cut man is working on George Kelley's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Garling looks to score with a jab to the body but Kelley is just out of range. Garling bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kelley throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Kelley gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Garling gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Garling! Luke Garling tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
