Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Volkov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Puckett has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Puckett and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Volkov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

A nice side step and Volkov releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Puckett accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Puckett is in close to Volkov's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Puckett is looking to work some ground and pound but Volkov has wrist control.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Volkov holds on and takes a little breather.

Sung Puckett has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nikita Volkov is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Volkov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Puckett doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Puckett manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sung Puckett.
I think Volkov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
