Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnathan Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Coltrane Curtis!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Curtis.

Parker feints and as Curtis raises his hands in defense, Parker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

As Curtis tries to get set, Parker tries to push him back and clinch up but Curtis manages to avoid the attempt.
Curtis throws a good cross that connects.
Jab, jab by Curtis - just one landing.
Parker takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Parker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Curtis tries to avoid it but Parker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Curtis to the ground. Curtis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Parker tries for a takedown but Curtis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Curtis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Parker tries to move into range but Curtis moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Coltrane Curtis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Parker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Curtis tries to avoid it but Parker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Curtis to the ground. Curtis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Curtis lands a nice shot to the body.
Curtis is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Parker showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Curtis.
Curtis connects with a looping right hand.
Curtis cracks Parker with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Parker falls to his knees and Curtis doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
