Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Quincy Shepard (ranked 7679 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Hadley (ranked 4424 p4p, 0 weight class). Quincy Shepard is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Quincy Shepard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Hadley! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hadley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Shepard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Shepard isn't going anywhere. Hadley decides to take the fight back to the feet. Hadley misses with a takedown and Shepard counters with a nice body shot. Shepard fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Hadley looks to throw a body kick and Shepard counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Shepard wants to stand but Hadley is controlling his posture from full guard. Shepard works over Hadley with some ground and pound from guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hadley working a defensive guard but Shepard passes into half guard.
Shepard tries to stand but can't do so whilst Hadley controls his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shepard missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Hadley trying to control from the bottom.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Shepard connects with a nice short shot to Hadley's temple. Hadley looking for a kimura from the bottom but Shepard passes into side control! Shepard creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Shepard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Shepard in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Shepard in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Hadley is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hadley struggling a bit here. Hadley takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Hadley is trying to get back to half guard. Shepard decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hadley to his feet. Hadley has closed the distance and engaged Shepard in a clinch.
Hadley has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Shepard regains guard immediately. Shepard lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hadley not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Shepard trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Shepard wants to stand but Hadley has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hadley is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Shepard controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hadley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shepard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hadley is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Shepard postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Shepard stands and steps away. Hadley gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Hadley clinches. Shepard pulls Hadley into guard.
Shepard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hadley trying to control but Shepard is working from the bottom. Shepard keeping full guard, as Hadley tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Shepard controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quincy Shepard dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hadley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Hadley trying to control the position but Shepard is working away. Shepard is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Hadley's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Hadley trying to control from half guard but Shepard is working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shepard keeps control of the position for the meantime. Shepard wants to control but Hadley passes into side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shepard tries to improve position but can't. Hadley wants to stand but Shepard has his arm trapped. Hadley cracks Shepard with a big right hand but Shepard just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Hadley wants to control but Shepard is keeping him busy. Shepard is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hadley can do to turn this around? Hadley in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Shepard sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Hadley wants to get back to his feet.
Hadley looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shepard with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Hadley trying to control from half guard but Shepard is working away. Shepard is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hadley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hadley's back! Shepard not allowing Hadley to control his hands.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hadley prevents Shepard from getting a body triangle. Shepard avoiding Hadley 's attempts to control his hands. Shepard scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Hadley is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Hadley wants to control his opponent's hands but Shepard gets his hands free. Quincy Shepard overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Shepard scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

Shepard really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Hadley. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hadley trying to control the hands but Shepard won't let him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quincy Shepard dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Hadley instigates a clinch. Hadley jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Shepard walks away with a smile on his face. Hadley gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Shepard misses with a head kick.
Hadley shoots in looking for a takedown but Shepard manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hadley's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Shepard appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Hadley dives in and scores a takedown into Shepard's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hadley wants to control from the top but Shepard keeps moving. Shepard bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hadley's guard. Shepard being controlled here momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shepard throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hadley avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Shepard stands up from Hadley's guard - Shepard perhaps looking for a knockout. Shepard forces Hadley back against the cage and clinches. Shepard is looking for a takedown. Shepard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hadley uses from the top position. Hadley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Hadley trying to control the position from guard on top but Shepard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Shepard keeping full guard, as Hadley tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hadley stops Shepard from standing up. Hadley preventing the sweep. Shepard is looking to cinch up a triangle. Hadley throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Shepard's body to avoid the submission. Shepard has instead reached around Hadley's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Shepard arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
