Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yef Yew (ranked 1698 p4p, 230 weight class) and Nam Ho (ranked 2156 p4p, 291 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Yef Yew! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nam Ho ! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yew blocks a jab. Yew seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Yew ducks under a wild hook from Ho . It looked like Yew wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Ho swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ho keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Yew misses with a lunging right hand
and Ho counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Yew throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ho pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Ho misses with an uppercut. Yew saw that one coming. Ho misses the shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yew moves away from the strike by Ho . Ho keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ho tries to clinch up but Yew circles away and keeps his distance. A looping hook to the body misses from Ho . Yew does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ho rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Yew counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ho thinking. Ho throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Yew listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Yew takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Yew doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Yew clobbers Ho with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Ho swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Yew counter with a right hand. Ho throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little feinted left hand from Yew on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Ho uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yew. Ho is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Ho waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Yew. Yew was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ho avoids the body shot from Yew.
Yew slips a jab from Ho . As Ho tries to get set, Yew tries to push him back and clinch up but Ho manages to avoid the attempt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yew throws a big shot that misses. Ho lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nice cross by Ho . Yew ducks under a wild hook from Ho . Yew was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Ho clinches up with Yew and pushes him back against the cage. Ho misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Yew goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Ho thuds his right hand into Yew's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yew bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Ho throws a hook but Yew blocks it. Yew is looking to counter punch. Ho misses with an uppercut. An attempted straight right counter from Yew misses the target. Ho misses with a straight right. Ho misses with a leg kick. Yew connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ho . Ho circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Nam Ho has been cut. Yew takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Ho has managed to clinch.
Ho tries to throw a body punch but Yew avoids it by throwing Ho back against the cage. Ho lands with a light punch inside. Yew being controlled against the cage. Yew lands a nice uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ho swings wildly with an uppercut but Yew uses good head movement to avoid it. Yew misses with some punches.
Ho has a couple of punches blocked by Yew.
Ho scores with a shoulder strike. Ho misses with a hook to the ribs.
Yew lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Ho misses with some punches.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ho creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nam Ho dominated that round. The cut man is working on Nam Ho 's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Yew was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Ho seems to have recovered his senses. Ho has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Yew missing with a left hand there.
