Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ibo Dalamekov (ranked 5779 p4p, 575 weight class) and Isaac Neuton (ranked 25387 p4p, 652 weight class). Dalamekov comes to the cage accompanied by Chechen Mob Song. Isaac Neuton is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalamekov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Dalamekov feints and as Neuton raises his hands in defense, Dalamekov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Neuton has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Dalamekov is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Dalamekov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dalamekov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dalamekov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dalamekov has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Neuton is on him like a limpet, forcing Dalamekov back against the cage.

I was talking to Dalamekov's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
