And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie dives in and scores a takedown into Wilson's guard.
Gracie passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Wilson is trying to improve his position.

Wilson parries the strikes from Gracie easily there. Gracie is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Wilson to escape.
Gracie tries to move into full mount but can't pass Wilson's legs.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Gracie lands a nice forearm strike.

Wilson seems a little lost for a moment, as Gracie dominates the positioning.

Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Wilson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Gracie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
