Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Odis Hancock (ranked 5479 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Sinatra (ranked 4936 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Odis Hancock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Junior Sinatra! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sinatra has managed to clinch.
Sinatra scores with a shot to the side of Hancock's head. Sinatra blocks an elbow strike from Hancock.
A frustrated look appears on Sinatra's face as he tries to break the clinch. Sinatra wants to get back to striking at distance but Hancock won't allow it.
Sinatra stops a takedown attempt from Hancock.
Hancock wants to take the fight to the mat but Sinatra manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Hancock has Sinatra pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sinatra manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Odis Hancock. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hancock connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Junior Sinatra has been cut. A quick uppercut on the inside from Sinatra. Sinatra's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Odis Hancock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hancock tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hancock shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sinatra defends it nicely. Sinatra closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hancock prevents Sinatra from breaking the clinch. Sinatra looking to slow down the pace here. Hancock is trying to drag Sinatra to the mat but Sinatra just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hancock is looking for a takedown. Hancock escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sinatra misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hancock throws a sloppy head kick and Sinatra moves out of range easily. Sinatra with the counter takedown but Hancock avoids it easily. Sinatra lands with a nice body punch. Sinatra lands a jab to Hancock's midsection. Hancock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sinatra's guard. Sinatra kicks Hancock off and gets to his feet. Sinatra throws a hook but Hancock blocks it. Hancock throws a quick counter kick to the body but Sinatra avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sinatra moves out of range of the body kick from Hancock.
Sinatra ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sinatra throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Sinatra throws a head kick that misses. Sinatra throws a lazy head kick and Hancock counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sinatra is lucky that one didn't land flush. Sinatra misses with a double jab.
Hancock attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Sinatra lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. A punch combination from Sinatra misses. A head kick by Hancock misses and Sinatra counters with a series of strikes. Hancock will be more careful next time no doubt. Hancock is breathing heavily. Sinatra lands with a shot to the body.

As Sinatra looks to move away, Hancock throws a big counter combo but Sinatra just gets out of the way. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hancock throws a head kick that misses. Hancock misses with a kick to the body.
Hancock avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hancock looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Sinatra! Sinatra sneaks out the side door and pushes Hancock away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. A punch combination from Sinatra misses. Sinatra jabs Hancock to the body, keeping him at a distance. Sinatra lands a lovely overhand right. Sinatra takes a swing at Hancock's ribcage but misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sinatra tries to land a front kick but Hancock steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Hancock throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sinatra throws a body kick that misses. Sinatra avoids the head kick by Hancock.
Hancock changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sinatra looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Sinatra's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Hancock trying to control the position but Sinatra is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hancock is really struggling to control Sinatra but he's trying to hold on to the position. Sinatra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hancock. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hancock decides to take the fight back to the feet. We've been informed that Sinatra has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. A head kick misses from Sinatra. Sinatra misses with a head kick.
Sinatra instigates a clinch. Sinatra looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Sinatra can't break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hancock is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sinatra is defending well. Sinatra's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hancock really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hancock gets tackled into the cage by Sinatra. Sinatra maintains the clinch. Hancock jumps guard but Sinatra turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Sinatra wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hancock has him pressed against the cage. Hancock has Sinatra pressed against the cage, preventing Sinatra from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A short right hand to the side of the head by Sinatra. Hancock misses with an elbow strike.

Hancock looking for a takedown. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hancock tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Hancock fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sinatra sprawls well initially but Hancock persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Hancock is working for a submission of some sort.
Hancock wants to stand up but Sinatra has a hold of him and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hancock is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sinatra sees it coming and defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sinatra is looking for a sweep. Hancock is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hancock is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sinatra doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hancock. Hancock sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sinatra defending well though. Sinatra works his way to full guard. Good work. Hancock has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sinatra is proving hard to escape from. Sinatra is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hancock is aware though and is defending well. Junior Sinatra has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hancock's corner is telling him to maintain position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hancock stops Sinatra from standing up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sinatra blocks a head kick by Hancock.

Sinatra steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hancock throws a head kick that misses and Sinatra finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Sinatra takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Hancock wants a takedown but no success here.
Hancock being controlled against the cage. Sinatra lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Junior Sinatra is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sinatra is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. A nice glancing elbow lands by Sinatra. Hancock manages to break the clinch.
Hancock throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Sinatra's head. Sinatra lands a right hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sinatra moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Jab by Sinatra. Sinatra avoids the head kick by Hancock.
Sinatra misses with a body kick. Sinatra throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Sinatra lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hancock at a distance.
Sinatra displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hancock. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hancock fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Sinatra to the ground. Hancock is now in Sinatra's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Junior Sinatra comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sinatra has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
