Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adolph Marshall (ranked 5960 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sixto Garcia (ranked 7301 p4p, 0 weight class). Sixto Garcia will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adolph Marshall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sixto Garcia! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Joseph Jones and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Garcia. Those never looked like landing. Garcia throws a combination that misses and Marshall holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Marshall breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Garcia lands a lovely overhand right. Marshall avoids a punch combination nicely.
No joy there for Marshall, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Marshall throws a head kick that misses and Marshall takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Garcia lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Marshall on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Garcia misses with a series of wild punches.
Marshall doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marshall tries to bum rush Garcia with a series of wild strikes but Garcia uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Garcia lands with a nice combination. Marshall backs away looking to recover. Marshall drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Marshall gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Garcia tries to pull guard but Marshall holds him up against the cage and eventually Garcia drops back down to his feet.
Marshall lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Garcia or not. Garcia jumps guard but Marshall turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Marshall pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Marshall tries to move into range but Garcia moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Marshall closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Garcia quickly recovers to half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Marshall throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Marshall sitting and controlling from the half guard. Marshall is nestled in close to Garcia, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marshall is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Marshall controlling the action here. Marshall not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Garcia is looking to improve his position.
Marshall could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Garcia is trying to maintain the position but Marshall is very close to passing his half guard. Marshall is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Marshall looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Garcia with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Marshall lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Marshall working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Adolph Marshall dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Marshall throws a chopping leg kick but Garcia manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Garcia is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Marshall with a body shot. Garcia scores with a jab to the jaw. A head kick misses from Marshall. Marshall gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Garcia misses with a combination
and Marshall counters by moving into the clinch. Garcia jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Marshall walks away with a smile on his face. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Marshall gets the takedown into side control. Marshall works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Marshall scoring with punches from side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Garcia takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marshall scoring with punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Garcia on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Garcia is looking to reverse the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Marshall controlling the position. Marshall working the head and body with strikes.
Garcia is rocked! Adolph Marshall overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Garcia trying to remain calm as Marshall controls from the top position. Marshall lands a few punches from side control. Marshall in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Garcia is still in real trouble! Can Marshall finish him? Garcia takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Marshall content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Marshall goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Garcia rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Marshall's guard! Nice work there by Garcia!

Garcia seems to have recovered his senses. Garcia postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Marshall is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Garcia, into his guard. Marshall throws a strike but Garcia rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
This has been an exciting period of action! Marshall wants to stand up but Garcia is controlling him. Garcia is looking to work some ground and pound but Marshall has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Garcia wants to control from the top but Marshall keeps moving. Garcia drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marshall manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Garcia has Marshall in his guard. Marshall working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Garcia trying to control the position.
Garcia looking to hit a scissor sweep but Marshall is one step ahead there. Marshall landing some decent shots from guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Garcia is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Marshall keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Garcia's head. Garcia not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Marshall might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Marshall is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Marshall working some strikes from top position. Marshall lands a couple of digs. Marshall is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Garcia can do to turn this around? Garcia has his foot on Marshall's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Marshall works his way back into a safe position though. Garcia throws a series of punches but Marshall moves out of range. Garcia swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A combination from Marshall does no damage. Garcia throws a counter combo. Marshall tries to move into range but Garcia moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Garcia fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Garcia is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Marshall closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Garcia is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Marshall scores with a couple of nice shots. Marshall controlling the pace. That's one minute gone in the round. Marshall is taking a breather. Garcia says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Garcia is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Marshall wants to pass the guard but Garcia is defending well. Marshall is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Marshall in particular looking to stall. Garcia tries to roll over but Marshall keeps him under control. Marshall is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Marshall working the head and body with strikes. Garcia moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Marshall lands a couple of digs. Marshall is stalling in the full guard. Garcia is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Marshall cracks Garcia with a solid left hand. Marshall is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Marshall gets to his feet. Garcia looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Marshall drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Marshall clinches up against the cage. Marshall breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sixto Garcia seems to be getting the better of the standup. Garcia swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Marshall misses with a wild body shot. Garcia throws a one two combo.
Garcia lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Sixto Garcia has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Garcia feints a jab promting Marshall to slip. Garcia then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Marshall slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Marshall misses with a few strikes there.
Garcia looks to land a combination but Marshall avoids it well. Marshall looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Garcia takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Garcia connects with a good right hand that stumbles Marshall. Marshall circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Garcia throws a right hand that misses
and Marshall counters by clinching up. Garcia jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Marshall walks away with a smile on his face. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Garcia connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Garcia will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sixto Garcia is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Garcia, as that shot connected.
And that's the end of the fight! Sixto Garcia comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Marshall has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
