Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Victor Tellegio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 29 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Graves! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graves with a lazy takedown attempt and Tellegio counters with a straight right hand. Graves closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Tellegio did well to prevent Graves getting side control. Graves looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Graves is looking for a kimura here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Graves wants to take a breather but Tellegio is having none of it. Graves is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Graves wants to work for an arm triangle but Tellegio is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tellegio tries to roll over but Graves keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tellegio has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Graves is working away from the top position though. Graves is working for a submission of some sort.
That's one minute gone in the round. Graves is looking to stall here but Tellegio recovers full guard. Tellegio looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Graves wants to control from the top but Tellegio keeps moving. Graves tries to free his leg and advance position but Tellegio is retaining full guard. Graves is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Graves looking to sit in guard and control but Tellegio gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tellegio working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Graves's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Graves throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Tellegio controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Tellegio cracks Graves with a solid left hand. Tellegio with a nice head shot there. Tellegio working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Graves's head. Graves looking for a sweep. Not yet Graves, not yet. Tellegio pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Graves is keeping the position for now. Tellegio connects with a couple of short punches. Tellegio lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Graves is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Tellegio frees his head nicely. Oh but Graves has switched to an armbar! Tellegio is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
