Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ben shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Erickson sprawls well. Erickson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ben gets slowly back to his feet.
Erickson tries to close the distance and clinch but Ben swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Erickson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ben stuffs the takedown attempt from Erickson. Erickson gets slowly back to his feet.
Erickson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ben will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ben tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Erickson swivels and escapes.
Reynaldo Erickson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yowis Ben.
Ben shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Ben lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Erickson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ben on the ground.
Erickson is looking for a sweep. Ben is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Erickson is trying to maintain the position but Ben is very close to passing his half guard.
Ground and pound from Ben.
Ben lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ben in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Erickson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Ben!
