Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Scacchi (ranked 25023 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kari Grandimus (ranked 5862 p4p, 0 weight class). Brian Scacchi looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grandimus feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Scacchi sprawling to the canvas! Scacchi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Grandimus finish him?!

Grandimus drops Scacchi with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Scacchi looks back up at him and smiles so Grandimus waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Scacchi is rocked!
Grandimus has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Scacchi leaves his chin hanging out and Grandimus seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Scacchi crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
