PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Manu Peralta (ranked 4551 p4p, 331 weight class) and Thip Top (ranked 2334 p4p, 207 weight class). Peralta comes to the cage accompanied by Moke boy - Hawaiian kickboxer. On his way into the cage it seems that Manu Peralta has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Manu Peralta seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Top leaves Peralta with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Top looks for the body kick but Peralta saw that one coming.
Peralta looks to clinch
and Top counters with a low kick, right behind Peralta 's knee.

so Peralta counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Peralta postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Peralta passes Top's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Peralta is working for a kimura but Top is defending it quite comfortably.
Top really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Peralta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
