The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira looks for the body kick but Ortega saw that one coming.
Ortega blocks a head kick by Teixeira.
Ortega throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Teixeira tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ortega is in Teixeira's guard.
Ortega advances to half guard.
Ortega scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Ortega wants to lay and pray for a moment but Teixeira keeps working.
Teixeira is trying to stand.
