Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lane Craig (ranked 2329 p4p, 264 weight class) and Joshua Thomspon (ranked 2946 p4p, 316 weight class). Joshua Thomspon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craig misses with a right hand
and Thomspon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Craig seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Craig tries to bum rush Thomspon with a series of wild strikes but Thomspon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Thomspon cracks Craig with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thomspon has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Craig to stand back up!
Oh Craig is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Craig takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Thomspon steps in with a hook that catches Craig right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Thomspon follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Craig looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joshua Thomspon!
Joshua Thomspon really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Thomspon 90% logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Lane Craig was interviewed post fight and said 'He got lucky. I must break you.'.
