Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Garrett Medina (ranked 24766 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maurito Lozingaro (ranked 21273 p4p, 0 weight class). Maurito Lozingaro told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lozingaro enables Medina to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lozingaro manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Medina is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Lozingaro has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Medina has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Lozingaro taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Medina doesn't care though - he's delighted!
