Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rudi Dassler (ranked 38 p4p, 4 weight class) and Lolipo Slider (ranked 114 p4p, 15 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Dassler gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Slider counters by clinching up.
Slider is pressed up against the cage. Dassler has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Slider down to the mat. Slider avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Lolipo Slider decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
