Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Pierre (ranked 4911 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teee Test (ranked 5554 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Pierre could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Teee Test's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ben Pierre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Teee Test! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Test uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A left lands for Test.
It looks like Ben Pierre has been cut. Nice cross by Test. Test lands a nice shot that snaps Pierre's head back.
Test gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pierre to score an easy takedown into full guard. Pierre throws a big elbow that misses. Pierre stands up over Test, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Pierre distracts Test with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Pierre avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Test trying to keep a closed guard but Pierre is proving a slippery customer.
Pierre is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Pierre working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pierre postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pierre advances position into side control! Test manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Test is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pierre scores with a couple of nice shots. Pierre is controlling the pace.
Test is pressing down on Pierre's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Pierre working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Pierre with a nice head shot there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Test wants to hit a switch here but Pierre passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Test there! Pierre is in the full mount, landing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Test tries to hold on but Pierre pushes him away. Pierre trying to control but he's not successful this time. Pierre lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Test hang on? Test is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pierre lands a heavy elbow. Pierre has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Test's face.
Test regains half guard. Pierre is taking a breather. Test says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Pierre slips a nice elbow through Test's hands, connecting with Test's forehead. Pierre controlling the action here. Test tries to roll over but Pierre keeps him under control. Test wants to control but Pierre is keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pierre is looking for a kimura here.
Test wants to control but Pierre is keeping busy and won't allow it. Pierre content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Test is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Pierre looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Test with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Pierre dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ben Pierre's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Donk. Test catches Pierre right on the button with a cross. Pierre shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Pierre scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Pierre working Test over with strikes. Pierre not landing any meaningful shots this time. Pierre is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Pierre seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Test wants to improve his position but Pierre is controlling well.
Ben Pierre overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Well, if Pierre is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pierre lands with a punch from half guard. Test is trying to maintain the position but Pierre is very close to passing his half guard. Test is trying to get back to full guard. Test is looking to control Pierre's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Test avoid being mounted? Pierre takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Pierre is nestled in close to Test, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Pierre landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Pierre drops an elbow to the side of Test's head. Pierre is trying to work for a kimura but Test is defending well.
Pierre is taking a breather. Test says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pierre connects with a nice short shot to Test's temple. Pierre slips a nice elbow through Test's hands, connecting with Test's forehead. Pierre winds up and cracks Test with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Test regains full guard. Nicely done. Test can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pierre controls the pace. Test has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pierre is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Test. Test is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pierre taking a breather here. Pierre in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Test is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
