The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Healy throws a jab when Ulfzaar was well out of range.
Healy scores with a jab to the body.
Ulfzaar has Healy up against the cage in a clinch.
Healy misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Healy looking to slow down the pace here.
Ulfzaar lands a shoulder strike.
Healy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Ulfzaar gets control of Healy's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ulfzaar will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Healy stands and throws Ulfzaar's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Ulfzaar can't do much from the bottom here.
Ulfzaar tries to buck Healy off but Healy is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Healy is working to tighten his grip on Ulfzaar's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Ulfzaar has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Healy is really squeezing tight and eventually Ulfzaar passes out! Healy breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
