Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 100 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yahweh Falwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Birchack! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Falwell misses and Birchack counters with a shoot takedown. Falwell fights it but they end up in guard. Falwell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Falwell looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Birchack postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Birchack lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Birchack working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Falwell's head. Birchack postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Falwell covers up, he's hurt! Birchack keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Birchack and the ref steps in to end the fight! Birchack can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anthony Birchack! In defeat, Yahweh Falwell stepped up to the mic, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I trained more instead praying, I might have avoided getting KO'd. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
