Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hatfield McCoy (ranked 3152 p4p, 343 weight class) and Boxing Spar (ranked 4918 p4p, 485 weight class). McCoy comes to the cage accompanied by Dueling Banjos. Boxing Spar struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Boxing Spar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hatfield McCoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Boxing Spar!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy's corner calls for a 1-2. McCoy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Spar connects with a good right hand that stumbles McCoy. McCoy circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Spar scores with a hook to the body. McCoy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Spar misses with a body shot
and McCoy counters with a stiff right hand.
A slow jab from Spar misses its intended target.
As Spar looks to move away, McCoy throws a big counter combo but Spar just gets out of the way.
McCoy ducks under a wild hook from Spar.
McCoy throws a counter high kick but Spar was just alert enough to avoid it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Spar.
Spar connects with a single shot there.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Spar, as that shot connected.
It looks like Hatfield McCoy has been cut.
Spar looks to land a combination but McCoy avoids it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
McCoy moves forwards but Spar connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Spar tries to close the distance and clinch but McCoy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Spar connects with a good right hand that stumbles McCoy. McCoy circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
McCoy is rocked!
Spar throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oh McCoy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McCoy walks forward, straight into a front kick from Spar.
Spar connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks McCoy out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Boxing Spar!
Boxing Spar seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
