Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chief Bull (ranked 888 p4p, 96 weight class) and Hoddy McNeal (ranked 623 p4p, 64 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Bull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hoddy McNeal!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bull misses with a takedown
letting McNeal counter with a right hand.
A decent looking cross lands there for McNeal.
Bull looks for a takedown but McNeal sprawls well.
Bull fails with the takedown
and McNeal counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chief Bull. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bull shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bull takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McNeal with a jab.
Bull is rocked!
McNeal lands the left hand.
Oh Bull is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McNeal leaves Bull with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
McNeal throws out a counter right but Bull avoids it with no problem.
Bull seems to have got his legs back now.
Bull has his takedown stuffed
and McNeal counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McNeal sends Bull crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McNeal is motioning to the referee to let Bull up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Chief Bull seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bull misses with a takedown attempt
and McNeal counters with a stiff right hand.
Hoddy McNeal is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bull doesn't succeed with the takedown
and McNeal counters with a nice right hand that sends Bull toppling to the canvas! Bull scrambles and gets back to his feet - can McNeal finish him?!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bull shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and McNeal counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Bull to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by McNeal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Hoddy McNeal!
After winning the bout, Hoddy McNeal thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
