Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

45 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Noob Saibot!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saibot uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Taranin.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Saibot! But no joy.
Good standup being displayed there by Taranin as he connects with a hook.
Taranin lands with a straight right. Saibot didn't see that one coming.
Taranin throws a body shot but no joy.
Taranin misses with a right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Saibot misses the jab.
Taranin loads up on a big right hand but Saibot slips the punch.
Taranin misses with a series of wild punches.
Saibot looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Taranin shoots in for a double leg but Saibot sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
It seemed like Saibot was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Taranin misses with a takedown attempt
and Saibot counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Taranin thinking.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Saibot connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Taranin! He's out on his feet! Saibot rushes in and drops Taranin with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Noob Saibot!
