Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nusrat Baigan (ranked 2891 p4p, 162 weight class) and Colin Monroe (ranked 3308 p4p, 184 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nusrat Baigan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Colin Monroe! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baigan takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Baigan motions for Monroe to come forward. Baigan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Decent striking displayed by Monroe there. Baigan connects with a looping right hand.
Monroe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Baigan throws a shot from downtown. Monroe moves away and avoids it. Monroe throws a wild combination but nothing lands. No joy there for Baigan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Monroe looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Colin Monroe has been cut. Monroe throws a leg kick but Baigan moved away. Baigan tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Monroe manages to circle out of the way. Monroe moves out of range of the body kick from Baigan.
Monroe throws out a counter right but Baigan avoids it with no problem. Baigan throws a jab but it's blocked by Monroe. Baigan scores with a punch to the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Baigan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Monroe. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Monroe. Baigan shrugs it off though. Baigan throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Monroe checks a leg kick. Baigan throws a right hand that misses
and Monroe counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Baigan throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Monroe is rocked! Monroe throws a head kick that Baigan semi-blocks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baigan avoids the body shot from Monroe.
Baigan throws a combination. Monroe tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Monroe is still on wobbly legs! Can Baigan finish him? Baigan thumps Monroe with a low kick. The crowd cheers as Baigan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Monroe doesn't seem phased though. Baigan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Baigan cracks Monroe with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Monroe falls to his knees and Baigan doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nusrat Baigan! Our winner, Nusrat Baigan, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
