Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danny shoots for a double leg takedown but Michalak sprawls well. He's pushed Danny's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Danny with a poor takedown
and Michalak counters with a flying knee that drops Danny!
Danny is rocked!
Danny wants to sweep here but Michalak controlling him for the moment.
Michalak is looking to stand up but Danny won't let him.
Michalak wants to stand and escape but instead Danny has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Danny is looking to advance position but Michalak has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Michalak stands up from mount. Strange move.
Danny throws a combination that misses
and Michalak counters with a good, hard body kick but Danny shrugs it off.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Danny throws a head kick that misses.
Michalak throws a fast counter high kick but Danny manages to duck under it in time.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Michalak delivers a nice body kick.
Danny dives in and grabs Michalak's left leg, looking for a takedown. Michalak pushes down on Danny's head and hops out.
Michalak is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dill Danny. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Danny tries to clinch
and Michalak counters with a head kick. That will keep Danny thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Danny has his takedown stuffed
and Michalak counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Danny badly! He tries to strike back but Michalak puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Danny out cold! Oh man, Danny will never hear the end of this one!
