Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Mano (ranked 2991 p4p, 396 weight class) and Jimmy Henderson (ranked 2219 p4p, 309 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimmy Henderson! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Chad Campbell and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mano lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Jimmy Henderson has been cut. Mano swinging wildly here.

Henderson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Henderson decides to return to a standing position. Nice defenses there by Henderson. Henderson feints the counter takedown. Jimmy Henderson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mano pushes Henderson up against the cage in a clinch. Mano gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Henderson has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Mano is on him like a limpet, forcing Henderson back against the cage. Mano throws a head punch that misses. Mano is looking to work some ground and pound but Henderson has wrist control. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mano's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Mano postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Henderson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mano, into his guard.

Mano screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Henderson! Nice submission victory there!
