Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herman Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Crumpton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by Black Friday. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Herman Black! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, James Crumpton! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crumpton fails with a takedown attempt. Black tries to clinch up but Crumpton circles away and keeps his distance. Crumpton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Black pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Black throws a right and a left that Crumpton avoids nicely. Black fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Black could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Black bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Black prevents Crumpton from escaping the position. Crumpton is looking to get back to his feet here but Black is keeping cool and he's managed to take Crumpton's back. Black looking to hold on to the position here but Crumpton rolls and ends up regaining guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Crumpton holds on and takes a little breather. Crumpton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Black can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Black has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Crumpton is proving hard to escape from. Crumpton keeping moving, preventing Black from controlling successfully. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Crumpton scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Crumpton darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Nice strikes from Crumpton there. Black might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Black wants to control but Crumpton is keeping busy and won't allow it. Crumpton prevents Black from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crumpton is nestled in close to Black, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Crumpton throwing shots but Black is blocking nicely. Black is trying to control but Crumpton manages to pass to mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crumpton looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Black is looking to improve his position but Crumpton isn't that keen on the idea. Black wants to hold on but Crumpton pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Black is trying to stand up. Crumpton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Black is trying to escape the mount.
Black tries to lock up and control but Crumpton gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Black tries to buck Crumpton off but he can't manage it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Crumpton working Black over with strikes here. Crumpton trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Crumpton dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Black throws a head kick but Crumpton moves out of range.
Black shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crumpton but Crumpton pushes him off and we're back to square one. Crumpton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Black pinned against the cage. Black gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A nice leg kick lands there from Black. Black tries to close the distance and clinch up but Crumpton swats him away and circles back towards the center. Herman Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Crumpton scores with a takedown into Black's guard. Crumpton gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. A big left from Black misses. Crumpton takes one on the button. Crumpton looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Black wants to stand up but Crumpton is controlling him. Crumpton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Black is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Black wants to get back to his feet but Crumpton passes into half guard.
Black has one foot on Crumpton's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Black changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Crumpton looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Black trying to control the position but Crumpton is working away. Black tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Crumpton can't do much from the bottom here. Black taking a break here but Crumpton is having none of it and regains half guard. It looks like Black is going to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Crumpton with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Black not landing any meaningful shots this time. Black is trying to control the action in half guard but Crumpton is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Black slips a nice elbow through Crumpton's hands, connecting with Crumpton's forehead. Black is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Black lands strikes from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Black wants to control but Crumpton is keeping him busy. Black takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Black wants to lay and pray for a moment but Crumpton keeps working. Black misses with a head shot. Crumpton uses the momentum to regain guard. Crumpton working a defensive guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Herman Black dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Black throws a right hand that Crumpton ducks under and follows up with a left that Crumpton also avoids with ease. Black is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Black tries to clinch up but Crumpton circles away and keeps his distance. The fight moves into the clinch position. Black pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Black misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crumpton throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Crumpton lands a nice shot that snaps Black's head back.
Black swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crumpton gets in close and instigates a clinch. Black is looking to break free of the clinch but Crumpton has double underhooks. Black jumps guard but Crumpton stands there with Black around his waist. Black gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Black is trying to break free.
That's one minute gone in the round. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Crumpton creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Black pulls guard effortlessly. Crumpton stands and steps away. Black gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Black rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crumpton moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Crumpton scores with a takedown into Black's guard. Black trying to control the position here. Crumpton slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Black had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Crumpton is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Black Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Crumpton's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crumpton breaks Black's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Black looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Crumpton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Black wants to get back to his feet but Crumpton is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Crumpton stops Black from standing up. Black is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Crumpton landing some decent shots from guard. Black can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Crumpton controls the pace. Black is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Crumpton is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Black is trying to keep Crumpton in close.
Black wants to stand up but Crumpton is controlling him. Crumpton drops back looking for a leg! Black is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Black manages to kick Crumpton off! Crumpton jumps back into Black's guard. Black wants to stand up but Crumpton is controlling him.
And that's the end of the fight! James Crumpton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Crumpton has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
