The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Miller, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Owen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Miller sprawls well initially but Owen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Miller is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Owen pulls his head out easily.

Owen wants to stand but Miller has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Miller is looking to control Owen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Miller avoid being mounted?

Miller with the active half guard here but Owen passes nicely into side control.
Owen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Owen decides to take the fight back to the feet.

and Owen counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
