Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Isaiah Pillman (ranked 5430 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ari Silver (ranked 6961 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isaiah Pillman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ari Silver! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pillman gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Silver tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Silver is pressed up against the cage. Pillman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Silver down to the mat. Silver avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Silver gets a clinch. Pillman wants to break the clinch but can't.
Still in the clinch, Silver scores with a nice short uppercut. Silver misses with a hook from the clinch. Pillman pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pillman is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Silver trying to control the position from guard on top but Pillman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pillman wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Silver wants to stand but Pillman is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silver sitting in guard here, content to control. Pillman working a defensive guard here.
Pillman working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Silver has passed into half guard!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Silver is taking a breather. Pillman says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Silver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pillman does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nice straight punches there by Silver. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silver. Silver stuffs the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silver ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Pillman tries to clinch there but Silver circles away.
Silver lands a really nice looking cross but Pillman seems unphased.
Pillman goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Pillman swinging wildly here.
Pillman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Isaiah Pillman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pillman dives in for a single leg takedown but Silver sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Ari Silver is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Silver darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A decent looking cross lands there for Silver. Pillman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Pillman is breathing heavily. Silver throws a series of punches but Pillman moves out of range. Silver displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pillman.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pillman tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Silver defends well and Pillman ends up having to push Silver into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Nice body punch from Silver. Silver throws out a powerful jab. Silver lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Silver closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Pillman! Silver dives in looking to finish! Pillman is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ari Silver!
