Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Dias (ranked 8096 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Souza (ranked 4475 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Thiago Souza was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Souza.
Souza feints and then cracks Dias's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dias down.
Dias takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Felipe Dias has been cut.
Souza throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Dias crashing down! Dias tries to stagger back to his feet but Souza just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Dias asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thiago Souza!
