With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dan Williams!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Williams. Those never looked like landing.

Williams looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Bell!

It looks like Harvey Bell has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams scores with a couple of short elbows.
Bell sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Williams really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bell flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Bell tries to kick Williams off but Williams keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Bell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Williams's guard.

Williams wants to stand up but Bell is controlling him.

Bell postures up in Williams's guard and throws a big left but Williams blocks it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Williams can do anything to dispel that myth.
Williams is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Bell drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Bell off! Bell jumps back into Williams's guard.
Williams wants to stand up but Bell is controlling him.
Bell trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom.
Williams is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bell is controlling him.
Bell looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Williams is trying to stand up here but Bell is controlling him well.
Bell thows a huge punch but Williams dodges it nicely.
Bell lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Bell thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Bell working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Bell looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Williams with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bell has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bell maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Williams could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bell has cracked it and Williams is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bell!
