Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xander Machado (ranked 7848 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodger Marinyx (ranked 24260 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Xander Machado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rodger Marinyx!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Machado counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Marinyx thinking.
Machado avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marinyx is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Marinyx shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Machado sprawls well. Machado wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marinyx gets slowly back to his feet.

Marinyx is trying desperately to land a takedown but Machado is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Marinyx.

Machado cracks Marinyx with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Machado has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Marinyx to stand back up!

and Machado counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Marinyx! He's just covering up as Machado starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

During a confident post fight interview, Xander Machado thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
