Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fabrizio Rossi (ranked 24004 p4p, 615 weight class) and Jeff Romart (ranked 2496 p4p, 275 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fabrizio Rossi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jeff Romart! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rossi is trying hard to land a takedown here. Romart sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Romart looks to land a combination. Rossi sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Romart scores with a punch to the head. Romart clobbers Rossi with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Rossi is rocked! Romart misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rossi swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Romart connects with a right hand. Rossi shakes it off. Oh Rossi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Romart fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rossi. Rossi seems to have got his legs back now. Rossi dives in for a single leg takedown but Romart sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Romart misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rossi appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Romart stuffs the takedown attempt from Rossi. Rossi gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fabrizio Rossi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Romart comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Jeff Romart is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Romart lands a jab to the nose. Rossi gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Romart gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Rossi is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
