Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kay Bone (ranked 739 p4p, 104 weight class) and Bruce Banner (ranked 2660 p4p, 292 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kay Bone! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Banner! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Banner was well out of range. Poor timing from Bone. Banner tries to clinch up but Bone circles away and keeps his distance. Bone listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Banner shoots for a takedown but Bone saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Banner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bone counters with a right hand to the body. Kay Bone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Banner. Bone feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Banner's calf. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Banner misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Banner connects with a body shot. The fight stays on the outside here - Banner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banner is looking to clinch. Banner tries for a takedown but Bone circles away easily and Bone counters with a nice body shot. Banner on the wrong end of a nice hook. Bone lands with a shot to the body. Kay Bone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Banner throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bone swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Banner digs a good body shot into Bone's ribs. Banner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bone to score with a decent uppercut. Banner wants to clinch but Bone slips to the side and Bone counters with a straight right hand. Banner takes the fight into the clinch. Banner drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bone pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Banner misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bone.
Banner takes the fight into the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Bone working some nice short punches in the clinch. Banner tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Banner misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Banner pushes Bone back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Bone breaks from the clinch.
Bone lands a lovely overhand right. Banner takes the fight into the clinch. Banner goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bone blocking some punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Banner misses with a hook to the ribs.
Banner can't find room to land a body shot as Bone controls the action.
Banner misses with an elbow strike.
Bone blocks a body shot from Banner. Banner is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bone pulls him back up using the underhooks. Bone breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Banner walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bone connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Banner has his takedown stuffed and Bone counters with a thumping low kick. Good exchange - Bone coming out on top. Banner tries to clinch letting Bone counter with a right hand. Bone is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Banner tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bone counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Banner off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Bone follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Banner was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Kay Bone! Kay Bone retains his heavyweight title!
