Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dai Zexi (ranked 945 p4p, 143 weight class) and Anthony Johnson (ranked 1410 p4p, 213 weight class). Zexi comes to the cage accompanied by BRADIO-Flyers. Dai Zexi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
I was talking to Zexi's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Zexi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson slips under a jab from Zexi.

Zexi appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Johnson has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Zexi is on him like a limpet, forcing Johnson back against the cage.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Zexi is on top in guard.

Johnson told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Let's hope that Johnson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Johnson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zexi to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Johnson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Zexi backwards.

Zexi throws a big uppercut that drops Johnson! More strikes from Zexi and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Johnson lies dazed against the cage as Zexi celebrates with his cornermen!
