Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Taalasmaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Deftones - Beware as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Seppo Taalasmaa is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taalasmaa throws a sloppy head kick and Davis moves out of range easily.
A big right from Davis misses.
Davis shoots in for a double leg but Taalasmaa sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Davis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Davis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Taalasmaa circles away quickly and effectively.
Taalasmaa tries to clinch up but Davis circles away and keeps his distance.

Davis shoots in and bounces Taalasmaa off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Davis wants to clinch up but Taalasmaa keeps it at a distance.

Taalasmaa swats away the attempt to clinch by Davis.
Davis drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Taalasmaa wants to clinch but Davis slips to the side

and Davis counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Davis.

Davis postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Taalasmaa is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Davis, into his guard.
Davis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Davis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
