The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Funakoshi gets caught flat footed, as White Jr shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
White Jr controls from within his opponent's guard.

Funakoshi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in White Jr's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

White Jr lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Funakoshi quite badly. Funakoshi pulls White Jr in close trying to recover. White Jr postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Funakoshi on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Funakoshi doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bruce White Jr!
After winning the bout, Bruce White Jr thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
