The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avetisyan throws the kick towards the body but Kondo avoids it.
Avetisyan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Avetisyan throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Kondo counter with a right hand.
Avetisyan throws a low kick but Kondo avoids it.
Avetisyan misses with a looping left.
Avetisyan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Edgar Avetisyan has been cut.
Kondo throws a hook but Avetisyan avoids it easily.
Avetisyan throws a counter combo.
Kondo misses with a hook.
And Avetisyan responds with a good body kick, but Kondo manages to step out the way in time.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kondo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kondo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at XFighter in the buildup to the fight.
Avetisyan lands a glancing blow to the side of Kondo's head.

Avetisyan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kondo.
Kondo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Avetisyan! But no joy.

A punch lands to the side of Avetisyan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Kondo lands a big right hand that sends Avetisyan crashing to the mat! Kondo stays standing though and waves Avetisyan back to his feet!

Avetisyan walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Kondo! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
