Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Seu Braga and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayes takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Matos clinches up with Hayes and pushes him back against the cage.
Hayes manages to break the clinch.
Matos goes for a double leg but Hayes avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hayes continues to drive forward.
Matos throws a sloppy head kick and Hayes moves out of range easily.
Matos scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hayes is rocked!
Mafalda Matos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matos shoots in for a takedown but Hayes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hayes tries to counter with a takedown but Matos is quick to defend against it.
Oh Hayes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Matos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hayes avoids it really well and circles away.
Hayes is looking to counter the offense by Matos and move into the clinch.
Darryl Hayes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mafalda Matos.
Matos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hayes is fending him off so far but Matos persists. Nope, Hayes circles away and we're back to standing.
Matos will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Hayes fails with the takedown
and Matos counters with a right hand from hell and Hayes is out cold! A vicious knockout!
