Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Day (ranked 8083 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hlasela Dlamini (ranked 5567 p4p, 497 weight class). Hlasela Dlamini is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hlasela Dlamini! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Day avoids a punch combination nicely.

Dlamini throws a nice looking combination but Day bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dlamini tests Day's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dlamini stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dlamini wants it to stay on the feet. Dlamini throws a jab but it's blocked by Day. Day manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dlamini on his heels. He'll look to pass Dlamini's guard now, I'm sure. Hlasela Dlamini is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Day accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Day has gone for a leg lock! Dlamini slips out almost immediately though and dives into Day's guard. Dlamini trying to control but Day is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Hlasela Dlamini comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Dlamini winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
