The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill fails with a takedown attempt.
Hill moves forwards but Johnson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hill shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hill gets slowly back to his feet.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scott Hill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson missing with a left hand there. Hill was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hill attempts a counter takedown but Johnson avoids it well and moves away.
Hill shoots in but Johnson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Hill will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hill misses with a straight left.
Johnson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Johnson lands with a good body shot.
Johnson lands with a hook. Hill tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Johnson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Hill is rocked!
Hill is aggressively charging in as Johnson backs up avoiding any damage. Johnson tosses out a jab and Hill runs right into it face first! Hill is out cold! Johnson dropped down on all fours and is barking in Hill's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
