Steel Penn has hold of Hao's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hao manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
My spies in Steel's Grappling Penn inform me that Steel Penn has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
