Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leandro Mccray (ranked 25127 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Dedmon (ranked 7941 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, John Mangel and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dedmon fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mccray is looking for a counter combo.

Dedmon pushes Mccray up against the cage in a clinch.
Dedmon creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mccray's defenses.

It looks like Leandro Mccray has been cut.
Dedmon tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Dedmon throws a knee to the head but misses.
Mccray is trying to break free.
Dedmon lands an elbow just above Mccray 's eye.

Mccray takes a knee right on the jaw!
Mccray goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dedmon prevents it.
Mccray is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Mccray escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dedmon moves in looking to clinch but Mccray pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dedmon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mccray has taken the fight to the clinch.

Mccray tightens his grip and picks Dedmon up, before dumping him to the ground. Dedmon manages to land in guard.
Dedmon wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Mccray manages to pass to side control.

Dedmon pushes Mccray off looking to stand but Mccray dives back in and keeps control.
Dedmon tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Mccray manages to move to mount!
Dedmon tries to buck Mccray off but Mccray takes his back!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Mccray is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Dedmon has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Mccray has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Dedmon taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Mccray doesn't care though - he's delighted!
