Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nils Ragnaar (ranked 1039 p4p, 136 weight class) and Tsukune Shiba (ranked 1741 p4p, 224 weight class). Ragnaar comes to the cage accompanied by Mustasch - The Wave. Shiba has chosen Fall Out Boy - The Phoenix as his entrance music. Tsukune Shiba acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nils Ragnaar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tsukune Shiba! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid leg kick lands there for Ragnaar.
Ragnaar digs a good body shot into Shiba's ribs. Ragnaar scoring well with a low kick there.
Ragnaar throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Shiba scores with a hook. Shiba looks to land a right hand but Ragnaar moved out of range. Ragnaar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ragnaar has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shiba finds it's way round the side to connect with Ragnaar's head. We've been told by Ragnaar's head coaches at Black City that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Ragnaar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Ragnaar throws a low kick, looking for Shiba's leg but Shiba calmly moves out of range. Ragnaar misses the shot to the body. Shiba circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ragnaar does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Shiba waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ragnaar. Ragnaar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shiba moves away. A low kick from Ragnaar is predictable there and Shiba counters with a stiff right hand. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. It looks like Nils Ragnaar has been cut. Ragnaar lands the left hand. The fighters circling - Shiba throws out the jab but it was never going to land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shiba jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ragnaar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ragnaar.
Shiba's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ragnaar lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A nice inside leg kick there by Ragnaar. That's going to slow Shiba down. Ragnaar darts in and clinches Shiba up against the cage. Shiba blocks a punch to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ragnaar cracks the inside of Shiba's front leg. Shiba misses with a hook. Ragnaar ducked under it nicely. Shiba throws a jab but it's blocked by Ragnaar. Ragnaar lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Shiba connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Shiba checks a low kick from Ragnaar. Shiba lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Shiba avoids the body shot from Ragnaar.

Shiba is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ragnaar. Ragnaar tries to counter by clinching up but Shiba breaks away and moves out of range. Ragnaar lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Shiba at a distance.
Shiba lands a big right hand that sends Ragnaar crashing to the mat! Shiba stays standing though and waves Ragnaar back to his feet!
Ragnaar is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Ragnaar misses with a straight right. Oh Ragnaar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Ragnaar closes the distance looking to clinch and Shiba makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shiba is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ragnaar flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ragnaar is out cold! Shiba holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tsukune Shiba! A relieved looking Tsukune Shiba thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
