Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lennart Lennartsson (ranked 1354 p4p, 168 weight class) and Simon Vale (ranked 1623 p4p, 200 weight class). Lennartsson comes to the cage accompanied by Runaway Baby - Bruno Mars. Vale has chosen Motorhead-Iron Fist as his entrance music. Simon Vale told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lennartsson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lennartsson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
