Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Enzo Salvatore (ranked 1629 p4p, 159 weight class) and Jung Hoon Sung (ranked 4567 p4p, 337 weight class). Salvatore comes to the cage accompanied by Reich mir die Hand. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Enzo Salvatore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jung Hoon Sung! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Salvatore defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sung. Sung has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Salvatore is landing a low percentage of strikes. Salvatore showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sung.
Salvatore scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Sung clinches up against the cage. Salvatore takes a shot to the head. Sung with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Sung tries for a takedown. No joy.

Sung has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A short left from Sung. Sung struggles to land a body shot inside as Salvatore controls his hands.
Sung tries to work over Salvatore's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Sung fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Sung tries to work over Salvatore's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Sung tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Salvatore breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sung tries to clinch there but Salvatore circles away.
Salvatore tests Sung's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sung tries to clinch but Salvatore moves away and Salvatore counters with a straight right hand. Sung shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Salvatore's guard. Salvatore looking for a sweep. Not yet Salvatore, not yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Salvatore is looking for a triangle but Sung pushes his legs off easily.
Salvatore looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Sung trying to control the position from guard on top but Salvatore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Salvatore has his foot on Sung's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sung works his way back into a safe position though. Salvatore trying to control the position here. Salvatore is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sung defends well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salvatore is trying to control the position but Sung postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sung trying to control the position from guard on top but Salvatore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sung controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Salvatore is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sung is fighting to break Salvatore's control of his arms but Salvatore is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Salvatore wants to sweep here but Sung controlling him for the moment. Salvatore is working hard here to advance position. Salvatore seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Salvatore is on top in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sung looking to control.
Sung keeping moving, preventing Salvatore from controlling successfully. Sung pulls Salvatore in close to prevent any damage. Sung wants to sweep here but Salvatore controlling him for the moment. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sung can do anything to dispel that myth. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Salvatore thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Salvatore pushes down on Sung's leg and manages to get into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Enzo Salvatore will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Sung is looking to clinch. Salvatore is looking to counter punch. Salvatore waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sung. Sung tries to close the distance and clinch but Salvatore swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Salvatore misses with a straight left. Sung gets in close and instigates a clinch. Sung with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Sung has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Salvatore after a bit of a struggle. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Sung misses with some punches.

Salvatore is trying to push Sung away but Sung has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Sung's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Salvatore's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sung tries to clinch there but Salvatore circles away.
Sung takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Salvatore darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Salvatore looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Sung is rocked! Sung wants to improve his position but Salvatore is controlling well.
Sung won't allow Salvatore to pass to mount.

Salvatore is looking to stall here but Sung recovers full guard. Sung working a defensive guard here.
Salvatore passes into half guard. Salvatore is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Salvatore blocks the strikes from Sung.
Sung is refusing to be controlled, as Salvatore sits in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvatore is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Sung has given up his back. Will we see Salvatore going for some submissions?

Sung just trying to survive but Salvatore is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Salvatore is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Sung is defending well though. Salvatore let's go of the attempt for now. I really don't envy Sung right now.
Sung looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Salvatore is looking for the choke from the back position but Sung is controlling his hands well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sung defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Salvatore's arms. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Enzo Salvatore dominated that second round. That's time! Salvatore's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Sung tries to clinch up but Salvatore circles away and keeps his distance. Salvatore was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Sung tries to score a power double leg takedown but Salvatore sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sung somewhat. Salvatore's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sung under the eye. Sung wants to clinch. Salvatore slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvatore scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Sung is still on wobbly legs! Can Salvatore finish him? Salvatore is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Sung is in big trouble! Salvatore is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Sung. Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Enzo Salvatore! Enzo Salvatore decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
