Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chemical Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Owens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ali comes into the arena with Death to the UEC blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owens shoots in for a double leg but Ali sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ali shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Owens's guard.
Owens working for a triangle but Ali defends it easily.

Ali connects with a couple of short punches.
Owens is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Ali frees his head nicely. Oh but Owens has switched to an armbar! Ali is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
