The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeill circles away from the clinch attempt.
ONeill cracks Graves with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
ONeill scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Graves fails with the takedown.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from ONeill! But no joy.
ONeill throws a jab when Graves was well out of range.
Graves gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and ONeill connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Graves shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. ONeill defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Graves. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
ONeill throws out a powerful jab.
Graves takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Graves tries for a takedown but ONeill sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
ONeill pounces like a tiger and cracks Graves with a vicious hook! Graves is down but not out! ONeill follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

During a confident post fight interview, Ed ONeill thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
The defeated Alex Graves had this to say: 'This isn't over. That was luck and we will be back to breaking arms and spirits very soon!'.
