The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chigg connects with an inside leg kick.
Chigg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Markovic moves away.
Chigg punishes Markovic's body with a nice straight punch.
Burro Chigg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chigg stuffs the takedown.
Markovic throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Chigg throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Markovic sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Markovic shoots in looking for a takedown but Chigg manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Markovic's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Markovic shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Markovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Markovic closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Markovic lands in his opponent's guard.
Markovic postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Chigg has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Markovic has passed into side control.
